What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Robotics Quality Assurance Technician to play a key role in testing our robotics hardware so that we can continue to produce high-quality robots for our customers. Working alongside our R&D, engineering, software, and production teams, you will be responsible for running various tests on our robots as well as providing feedback on your results to our developers and engineers. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who is an independent and critical thinker who is highly organized.


Design and execute functional tests, user acceptance tests, and regression tests
Identify defects with clear and concise reproduction steps
Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize effective strategies and test plans to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent testing procedures.


Education within computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
completed apprenticeship (fagbrev)
vocational high school (videregående yrkesfag)
vocational technical college (teknisk fagskole)
or similar
Good practical knowledge and skills in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control problems
Ability to use common inspection equipment, tools, and gauges
Experience testing software and/or hardware
Comfortable with Linux or Windows

Added Bonuses:

Networking and IT skills
Experience with executing scripts (e.g., Python, Bash)
Experience with VR/XR systems
Previous experience with GitHub, Jira, or other bug tracking systems
