About the job:
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to find prospects, qualify them, and convert them into customers.
The responsibilities include:
Build relationships with LiDAR partners and distributors.
Qualify and nurture leads from a variety of sources, discuss partnership and sales opportunities with a diverse range of prospects, and feed the deal pipeline for the Business Development team.
Perform sales outreach to different lead segments.
Quantify market depth by mapping leading players in strategic markets, define the go-to-market strategy, and generate new leads through active outreach and networking.
Understand how the given target markets work, in terms of distributors, partners, and terms of sale, and put a sales strategy in place.
Nurture existing customers to increase their purchases each quarter.
Transfer less qualified leads to our global channel partnersManage existing customer relationships, including answering customers’ technical or non-technical questions to ensure successful deployments.
Present our value proposition.
Be capable of employing a range of sales engagement tactics, from rapidly converting small customers to working with high-value enterprise customers in a longer consultative sales process.
Ensure Outsight’s presence in certain networks to improve our visibility.
Scope, engage and close strategic ecosystem partnerships and other business development deals that accelerate business growth.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering fieldA track record of exceeding sales and/or business development goals.
Curious and Analytical: Understand how customers think, what they want, and why.
Resourceful: Can creatively find ways to get the job done efficiently.
A commitment to customer satisfaction and solution-orientedness.
Must be self-driven, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment and effectively organize tasks and projects.
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally to Outsight’s headquarters in Paris, France.
